Terms and Conditions

Rates are quoted in MOP/HKD on a per suite/villa per night basis.
Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and 5% Government Tax.
Villa - check-in time is from 1600 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours.
Suite - check-in time is from 1500 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Late check-out from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
Late check-out from 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
Credit card information provided does not require a signature and constitutes approval by the cardholder to prepay the full room charges inclusive of service charge and government tax for advance purchase offers, or the first night room charges inclusive of service charge and government tax for other bookings.
Reservations will be cancelled at the discretion of hotel without prior notice should an invalid credit card be submitted.
All guests must present the original credit card used in booking upon check-in for verification purposes. Hotel reserves the right to reject guest check in without the presentation of original credit card with designated signature.
The maximum number of staying guests in a suite is either 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 or below, or 3 adults with an extra charge of MOP/HKD 750 per night for the third person (subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax). All staying guests must be indicated on the registration form upon check-in.
All Suites and Villas are not designed for events/functions. The Hotel allows personal entertainment in our Suites/Villas but the Hotel will be the only catering services provider.
No outside decorator/catering company or food provider is allowed to cater any functions in our Suites/Villas without prior approval of the Hotel.
No pets are allowed.
All offer inclusions are on a per night per suite basis, unless stated differently. All offer benefits cannot be reimbursed or redeemed for cash either in full or in part.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation is non-cancellable, fully non-refundable and a deposit of total room charges (subject to service charge and government tax) will be imposed to the credit card provided upon confirmation of the booking.
Any amendments of reservations are subject to availability and rate differences

Child Policy

Infants and toddlers, who are 0 -3 years, accompanying adults, dine and stay in existing bedding or a baby cot with our compliments. Baby cot is subject to availability.
Children 4 to 12 years, accompanying adults, can stay on existing bedding with our compliments and dine at 50% off breakfast price. Extra bed may be reserved with compliments, subject to availability.
Up to a maximum of two accompanying children are permitted per suite/villa and must be indicated on the registration form upon check-in.

Other Information

Limousine service is available from MOP/HKD450 nett per car per journey or on hourly basis. Varies car types and packages are available for selection. Reservation is required.
